1996 Buick Skylark Limited 2.4L No Start, Stall, MIL Lamp on
I need somebody to please explain to me how to diagnose this passlock system. We have a code P1629 which, according to the limited diagnostics, if it won't accept a relearn procedure then replace the PCM, which we did. Still won't start. Have what appear to be...
