	 1999 Chevrolet Express 2500 4.3L No Start, MIL Lamp on 
		
		This van came in running very poorly. The problem was excessive corrosion on and inside the VCM and no 5V ref. to the MAF. Replaced the VCM, (aftermarket, per customer request). Now have the 5V ref. I followed the Pass Word relearn procedures provided by Mitch...
