2005 Chevrolet Aveo LS 1.6L No Start
towed in for the second time with in a month with soaking wet plugs. there are no codes. i pulled the plugs and cycled key to energize fuel pump, i don't see any fuel dripping into cyls. after drying everything out, it starts up fine. all for plugs are wet wit...
