1995 Cadillac Eldorado 4.6L Poor Idle Quality, High Idle
We replaced the IAC motor, no change. Start car, goes to 3500RPM, will go to 1000, but no lower. We took IAC off, can lower idle by hand. We also did an idle re-learn, no change!! HELP!!
