1998 Chevrolet Tahoe LS 5.7L Surge, lack of power
this is the second time this vehicle has been back for this problem. customer states that after the vehicle has warmed up that it starts surging and has a lack of power (states that it can't get out of it's own way). the first time we had it, it would get warm...
