2002 Pontiac Grand Am GT 3.4L Key doesn't turn
This car was towed into our shop with the owner telling us that he couldn't get the windows and the sunroof closed. When the vehicle arrived at our shop, we found that the key will not turn in the ignition at all. The steering wheel does not lock. TIA.
