2003 Cadillac CTS 3.2L MIL Lamp on
Car turns on mil light. Reduced power message comes on. Car will barely move under thses conditions. Only code found is p0700. I can unplug and replug throttle postion sensor to regain power,but mill light stays on. Trans will shift hard and no codes are found...
