1996 Cadillac Seville SLS 4.6L No Start, inst. cluste quits
this car will intermitantly not start due to vehicle theft deterent system then will start up, then the instrument cluster will just quit working some times driving down the road then will come back on line can not duplicate in the shop no other driving or run...
