1997 Buick Skylark Limited 2.4L MIL Lamp on, FIXED O2 VOLTAGE
Vehicle came to us with code p0134a, did replace o2 sensor under warranty. Still did same this, code fixed at .450 volts. I unplugged o2 and ran to ground still stayed fixed. Customer complained about fans staying on, This is when I suspected pcm problem. Scan...
