1993 Saturn SC1 1.9L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Stall, MIL Lamp on
another tech has installed and flashed a pcm tofix this prior to being handed over to [...] wont start,codes26 and 27 in [...] it wont start it has no [...] crank sensor and test [...] dont think the code is related although it sets as soon as it gets running....
