i have 2000 astro, van came in with no start. ck fuel pressure and spark, fuel pressure at 61 lbs, no spark. ck engine codes and p1351 stored in memory. did basic checks on secondary ignition. checked a/c voltage at ignition control module, no voltage. ck a/c ...
