1996 Chevrolet Blazer 4.3L No Start
Now were getting a P1351 code after running the flow chart we found that the ac voltage on the I.C. wire is 5.5 volts, it should be 1-4 volts ac, flow chart says to reflash, did that still no start, flow chart says replace VCM (ecu) did that, still no start. I...
