1999 Chevrolet Astro 4.3L No Start
Towed in and starts but stalls. Found No power on red/white wire at passlock sensor at ignition switch. Power from fuses and ground OK TO the passlock module but still nothing on red/white wire (12v ref). Unfortunately this 99 is different from a 98 and 2000. ...
