1992 Chevrolet Lumina 3.1L MIL Lamp on, High idle
When the weather turns cold (below 20 degrees F.) idle stays high. Scan reads throttle above 0% at idle. Around 5%. Reset and is good till it gets cold again. Last April a reman computer and prom were installed. Checked archives and came to this conclusion. No...
