1996 Chevrolet S10 LS 4.3L High idle
This truck occasionally will idle at 2200 rpm. When it does this the iac counts are at 165 and the recommended idle is 650 rpm. I can do a iac reset and the rpms will drop then rise back to 2200. If you restart the car several times the idle will eventually dr...
