2000 Chevrolet Impala 3.4L No Start
This car originally came in with a vent valve code. Traced out wiring and found broken wire where harness loops under A/C accumulator. After repairing wire, found that car would not crank over. Tested circuits and found PCM was not grounding starter relay. Man...
