1994 Chevrolet Lumina APV 3.8L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on
Van came in with mil lamp on. Codes set are not explained in my modis trouble shooter or alldata. Road testing car reveals that EGR is being comanded on but the scan tool shows that it is not opening. I substituted a used EGR and PCM and got the same results. ...
