There are about 2500- 2700 Rpms when clutch pedal is released in any gear when driving over 7 MPH. If IAC or VSS is disconnected, the symptom disappears. PID readings are all normal on my MODIS scanner. No vacuum leaks are present. The shop that had it replace...
