1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS 3.1L No Start
This Monte requires 2 cycles of the key to build required fuel pressure to start. After the initial cold start, it will start OK and runs great. I suspect a leak-down problem at the pump; a costly item. All help is greatly appreciated!
