1998 Chevrolet Express 1500 4.3L No Start, Poor Idle Quality
This van will not start at first attempt. Has spark and fuel. If you keep trying it will eventually start, but as you try to apply throttle it will die. Eventually it will get going if you feather it. Scantest found no codes. What I found was the coolant temp ...
