1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera 3.1L No Start, Cuts out, Stall
Cuts out at idle and fires right back up. Once in a while it just cranks but will not fire. When it cuts out, I never lose fuel or spark. I did notice on the scanner that as soon as it goes into closed loop, it acts up, also I noticed that I lose communication...
