1990 Chevrolet Celebrity 3.1L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Cuts out, Stall
this car will stall coming to a stop, or sitting in the
shop idling will intermitantly stumble for a split second i
belive i have found the problem the vacumne reading
fluctates between 21 and 15 smoothes out at 2500
