1996 Chevrolet Cavalier 2.2L No Start
This car while cranking grounds the injector drive circuit
and holds the injectors wide open. The injector drive is
grounded with the ECU unplugged. If you un-plug the fuel
pump, the injector drive circuit looses its ground.
