scan data (snap on scanner)reads 414 degrees farenheit with coolant senser plugged or unplugged. yellow wire has 5 volts + plugged or unplugged. no voltage on the black wire .i cut the yellow wire 2 inches from the ecm and still have 414 degrees. ground the ye...
