OBDII emissions failure. P0172 and P0133. But no MIL on dash. Bulb check (KOEO) ok. SO Microscan shows MIL command "on" but MIL is not on (dash)? All monitors set except cat (because of 02 code). Pop the hood and found a leading o2 with a "butt" connect... AH-...
