1992 Saturn SL2 1.9L MIL Lamp on
I thought that replacing a bad CTS would take care of the rich condition code 45, but it has not?? The O2 voltage will switch fine at cruise but as soon as the throttle is returned to idle the O2 voltage goes high and it goes open loop. I tried pulling the PCV...
