2002 GMC Safari SL 4.3L Excessive Emissions
Cannot get catalyst monitor to run. Originally came in with evap code. Replaced canister purge solenoid, cleared code, and set cust back to emission station. Wisconsin will not pass a 2002 vehicle if 2 monitors have not run. The way I'm reading it is the evap ...
