Hi Guys, Ill make this as short as possible. I have this van on a dealers lot that will crank no start. The dealers lot boy put a new GM fuel pump in it just as a guess I suppose. Still wont start. Heres where I come in. Hook up scanner and get NO COMMUNICATIO...
