1999 Saturn SC2 1.9L No Start
I have a 99 Saturn here that is a no start. I have good spark, fuel pressure ok, but no injector pulse. No codes other than what I intiated when the fuel injectors where dis-connected. I believe I have a bad PCM, not pulsing the ground side of injectors. I hav...
