1996 Chevrolet Express 1500 5.0L No Start
Van came from another shop. They had put in a used ecm and traced wires. Still blows ecm B fuse. Only seems to blow on shutting the ignition key off. I removed ecm and opened it up. I can see corrosion but no burnt spots or corrosion on board. Looking at wirin...
