1995 Chevrolet Lumina APV 3.8L No Start
This car has been in two different shops before it was towed here. The customer says the car originally lost power and stalled at stops, finally it wouldn't restart. The first shop put in a cam sensor and water pump. Still no start. They checked all the basics...
