1994 Chevrolet C3500 5.7L MIL Lamp on, no communication
Vehicle was towed in for a no-start concern, cranks ok....upon checking we found no CEL....plugged scanner in, and was unable to communicate....later we learn that the customer tried to jump start w/a 36volt hi/lo......I found the PCM burnt real bad......I rep...
