1998 Pontiac Grand Am SE 2.4L No Start
After repairs ran 500 miles. Towed back in with code 1629 crank signal incorrect and 1631 password incorrect. Tested wiring from IPC to lock clynder 0.50 ohms on all wires. 5 volt reference good, have 10.57 volts on battery voltage wire to lock clynder, ground...
