6V92TA Detrioit Diesel in a Kovatch Firetruck. I can raise RPM's to about 1300ish and the engine will drop back to idle. Even with my foot still on the gas pedal. If I remove my foot from the pedal, I can try to accelerate once again but I only get to about 13...
