Hi group, we got a 1996 buick lesabre towed in our shop. when i turn the ignition key on absoulute sielence not cranking. I cleaned resistor pellet..... no resault. My snap on scanner shows no codes. Do u guys have any idea how to approach a diagnos. Vat syste...
