2000 Chevrolet Astro 4.3L No Start
With wet and damp weather, this van will not start in the am until it warms up( in the shop for 20 minutes or block heater plugged in for 30 minutes ). We first checked for spark at coil and then to each spark plug - it was good (we used st125 spark tester). W...
