1989 GMC S15 4.3L No Start
Vehicle came into shop with fuel pump prime. Checked ECM B fuse, and there was no voltage at all repaired wires for that fuse. fuel pump prime working properly. Vehicle still will not start. Checked injector pulse with noid light and there was no light on cran...
