1999 Chevrolet Express 3500 LS 5.7L Power steering pump
This is a 1999 G3500 w/hydra-boost brakes. The power steering pump whines when you hit the brakes hard and also when you lock the steering wheel either way. The fluid is full. I don't have access to a pressure gauge readily available. Any help before I trash t...
