1995 Cadillac DeVille 4.9L Level Control
This vehicle came to me this first time, never been here before. The back end is up high and rides bouncy. The pump is inoperative and is not releasing pressure. There are no codes, and I can't find the correct procedures to diagnosis. I think I have a bad pum...
