1997 Cadillac DeVille d'Elegance 4.6L Splash Shield
Customer complains of loss of power steering or lock up when he drives in heavy rain or through puddle - There is no undercarriage splash guard over the power steering belt - but there is on the other side - Is something missing - I see no previous application...
