Hello everyone thanks for your help.

This car came in with the "service vehicle soon" on ,i did connect the modis and the code is P1040 NO COMMUNICATION EBCM/EBTCM. And i checked all powers and grounds to the EBCM and everythig looks ok i talked to the dealer...
