1999 Oldsmobile Bravada 4.3L AC compressor
AC compressor is not being commanded to come on. The Compressor clutch relay has power at the #2 and #3 pins as it is supposed to. The ground command from the VCM isn't happening at pin #1 The master tech works very much like a Tech II and tells me an AC comma...
