2007 Chevrolet Express 3500 6.6L Compressor
Pressures seem to be equilized with the unit engaged which would indicate a weak compressor and possible a restricted ccot valve. The CCOT valve was removed to inspect and it's okay. The compressor was replaced a second time but results have not changed.
