2010 Chevrolet Cobalt LT 2.2L Recircuration mode
The button for recirculation is inop. use snap on scan tool but no DTC found. The actuator is not moving at all. The manual hvac unit works except the recirculation mode. no light on when pressed the button. How do I find a problem?
