1996 Cadillac DeVille 4.6L Blower Motor
have 96 deville with auto temp control and the problem is blower motor operation . the blower motor starts but immedately jerks back and forth ck the output from the a/c programmer and voltage flucuates between 1v all the way to 15v has any gm techs run across...
