1997 Buick LeSabre Custom 3.8L Temp Door Actuator
The temperature door actuatar will not operate. I have 12volts on the brown wire which is on number 10 pin. The voltage varies on the blue wire which is on pin number 8. It various with the control on the dash from hot to cold. The voltage various from .5 to 1...
