1991 Cadillac DeVille 4.9L Blower Motor
Odd one here, at least for ME. Customers complaint is that the blower motor is on HIGH all the time, even with the key in the OFF postion, key OUT of the ignition lock. Only way to disable the blower motor is to remove the 30 Amp fuse for the a/c system locate...
