2000 Cadillac DeVille 4.6L Blend Door
I removed the actuator once again. Checked all 3 levers and
all but one are free to move. The lever for the vent door
will not budge!!! The defrost and floor levers are moving
freely. So, that explains the problem with no airflow to
the vents.
