2004 Chevrolet Impala 3.4L Blower Motor
The complaint on this car was that the blower motor has a delay of about 20 seconds before turning on. I tested voltage and everything looks good. I found nothing saying if it is supposed to have delay. Was thinking maybe in the blower motor control processor....
