2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette Premiere 3.4L Coolant Fans
As far as we can tell everything is as it should be but the computer is not grounding the coolant fans to come on. Is there some info that the computer needs or has to have that it is not getting, which will cause it to not make the command for fan operation, ...
